Alex Bolkvadze is our team leaders coordinator. Alex lives in Kyiv and is fluent in English, Russian, and Georgian. We refer to Alex as our "air traffic controller" in Ukraine.

Goga Grigalashvili is our team security leader. Goga lives in Kyiv and is fluent in English, Russian, German, and Georgian. He is intimately familiar with the ongoing security situation in Ukraine and is also our advance support and contingency planner.

Bryan Carter is our stateside logistics coordinator. He lives in Milford, Ohio and worked in Ukraine from 2017-2024. Bryan's deployments were to Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, and several small communities north of Kyiv.

Robert Peacock is our technical advisor for all things Ukraine. He lived and worked in Ukraine from 2003-2018, overseeing the selection, training, and mentoring of the new patrol police across Ukraine. Rob is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

Michael Ward is our stateside emergency management expert. Many years in policing, coupled with his current role as emergency manager, has equipped him with the knowledge to quickly think on his feet. Mike is involved in contingency planning and facility security by environmental design.
